I’m Alex Dubro, a college graduate from Cornell University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. I get very excited and passionate about organizational behavior (OB), to the point that some of my friends think I’m weird, but that’s okay. I grew up in New Rochelle, NY, which has been home to everyone from Thomas Paine to Henry Heimlich to Ray Rice…but we don’t have to talk about that last one.
In my downtime, I do lots of reading and writing. Anything in the fields of economics, marketing, statistics, or social and personality psychology really interests me. But I’m especially passionate about OB, which was my focus in college.
Being the type of person who doesn’t much like to sit around, I recently decided to use my spare time to start a blog dedicated to OB. I hope to help others improve their businesses and daily lives, get them as passionate and excited about the field as I am, and get them thinking organizationally. I believe that doing so provides people with a new outlook toward life and assists them in handling any problem they face.
If you would like to contact me, feel free to do so! I would love to hear from you and always appreciate feedback. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
I hope you enjoy the blog, and before you know it, we’ll have a whole community of people whose friends don’t understand why they’re so passionate about OB!
